Biography
My passion for all things sport started as I eagerly launched into my sporting career as a 4 year old playing rugby 3 years under the lowest age group around at the time.
Throughout the years I took up any other sport I could get my hands on, but for me, Rugby was my main passion that stayed with me till after school.
As many young athletes dream to do, my dream was also to play amongst the professional ranks.
Reflecting back on it, one of my biggest downfalls was my physical profile.
My size, strength, speed and most of all the confidence that goes along with it were not up to the standard that my competitive mind demanded.
It led me down a path of searching for the answers, the answers that would have helped me when I needed it most and those that I could pass on to athletes on similar journey and the best place to do that was in my own athlete dedicated gym.
So the 10 year journey commenced, I enrolled into university studying a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology, I took internship after internship for different sporting clubs and facilities across Sydney gaining knowledge of some of the greatest minds in the industry. Paying my dues for years eventuated in having the opportunity to work at elite sporting organisations like the Parramatta Eels, New South Wales Institute of Sport and currently the Head of Performance at the world famous Randwick Rugby Club.
Over the years I’ve learnt that the most successful athletes are willing to do whatever it takes to get ahead of the pack.
The best athletes weren’t always the ones who just put the most effort in, or had the best genetics, but it was those who were most invested in their success, willing to learn and demanded greatness.

- Bachelor Of Exercise Physiology – University of Sydney
- Australian Strength & Conditoning Association Level 2 Coach
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- First Aid & CPR Qualifications
