From a young age, I discovered a passion for fitness and health through sports. I tried them all – Rugby, AFL, Basketball, Football – fuelling my curiosity about movement and physical performance.
While I didn’t reach the professional level in sports, my enthusiasm for the human body and its capabilities continued to grow, eventually guiding me towards a career in Strength & Conditioning after earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Science.
My experiences working in group fitness settings taught me that there is no one size fits all approach to achieving your training goals, and that an important key to reaching success is (like growing your biceps) through consistency and repetition.
Now, with several years of experience in the field, I’m pursuing competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to fulfill my own athletic aspirations.
Along the way, I’ve developed a passion for being a guiding hand with not just combat sport athletes, but all athletes in their journey in reaching their professional goals and being their best self.
